OZ App Builder Terms and Conditions

SPECIAL OFFERS

1. All discounts, promotional codes, special offers or redemptions ("Special Offers") have different entry requirements, terms, conditions, and rewards (“Conditions of Entry”). Please check the Conditions of Entry to verify the details of a particular Special Offer.

2. The OZ App builder reserves the right to vary or discontinue a Special Offer and/or amend the Conditions of Entry at any time at its discretion.

3. At OZ App Builder’s discretion, there is a limit of one Special Offer per customer. A Special Offer is for single use only and is valid for the time specified (if any) in the Special Offer.

4. Depending on the Conditions of Entry, some Special Offers may not be combined with other offers by the same customer. Generally, only one Special Offer may be used per customer.

5. Some Special Offers may be offered directly by suppliers or other third-party service providers and may require you to use services other than the OZ App Builder services. The Conditions of Entry for any Special Offers made by suppliers or other third-party service providers are offered at the discretion of the supplier or third-party service provider and are not endorsed by OZ App Builder.

6. Special Offers are not available for resale. Special Offers that are required to be redeemed at the time of order cannot be applied retrospectively.

7. If a Special Offer is redeemed and your entire order is canceled or rejected, you will be refunded the actual amount paid for the service but your Special Offer will no longer be valid.
